- Precision Monitoring with CMOS Sensor Technology and Cinema EOS

120 Million Image Pixels CMOS Sensor
This ultra-high resolution CMOS sensor with a pixel count at approximately 120 million pixels has high application potential not only in the fields of video production, aviation industry but also in surveillance monitoring. With this sensor, any portion of an image can be cropped to about 1/60th its size and extracted as Full HD video.

35mm Full-Frame CMOS Sensor
A high-sensitivity 35mm full-frame CMOS sensor developed exclusively for video recording, enables the achievement of high-sensitivity and low noise Full HD video recording even in dark locations. With its ability to discern what escapes the naked eye, its application has wide potential particularly in the arena of surveillance for aviation.

Visitors to the Canon booth will also experience through a simulated low-light environment how our range of Cinema EOS cinematic cameras and Professional HD camcorders with its superb optic technology, low light capability and wide dynamic range will deliver expandable commercial applications to the surveillance industry.
