Blake Allen Takes Award for Increasing Partners' Profit via Tailoring Cloud Offerings to Channel Needs

BATON ROUGE, LA -- (Marketwired)  -- Venyu, a leader in business continuitycloud-based virtualization, and battle-tested data recovery, today announced Blake Allen has been named to the prestigious list of the 2015 CRN Channel Chiefs. Allen was recognized for his help developing new revenue models that enable channel partners to improve profitability via more efficient packaging, streamlining and implementation of VenyuCloud offerings. Net result: In 2014 Venyu's channel program experienced a 30 percent revenue growth and a 30 percent increase in new channel partners.

The influential executives on this annual list represent the most powerful leaders in the IT channel who hold direct responsibility for driving growth and revenue for their organizations through their indirect channel partners. Individuals are selected for inclusion based on their track record of channel accomplishments, industry ranking, dedication to the partner community, and plans for driving future business innovation and channel growth.

The 2015 CRN Channel Chiefs have demonstrated their enduring support for the channel by consistently defending, promoting and executing effective channel partner programs and strategies. Blake Allen stood out from other applicants due to his proven success in establishing channel programs that help partners consistently improve their bottom line. Through Allen's guidance in 2014, Venyu has implemented program changes that allow partners to quickly provide accurate customer quoting, faster implementation of solutions, as well as improve customer support and profit margins.

"Venyu recognizes that a large part of the company's success is due to our partners' support," Allen said. "To continue our partners' success, we are constantly reviewing our channel program and administering new ways to help them improve their sales and support. As a result, we have several partners who experienced 200 percent growth in 2014. I'm proud CRN has acknowledged our channel program with this prestigious award and grateful to our partners for their sales skills, product knowledge and continued support of Venyu."
