Statistics indicate that only 4% of women worldwide consider themselves beautiful. And, 85% of the world’s population are affected by low self esteem. (Taken from “The Self Esteem Book”)

If people only knew how to better manage how they felt about themselves, and how to deal with issues around self doubt, self esteem and create overall contentment, life would be a lot easier. Knowing that there are tools that people can use to help them through the process of self doubt is the first step.

To help women on this journey, Jacque Opie is launching the very first of the events, “Beyond the Prison Of Self Doubt”. This event is for women only and will be held on the 1st February 2015. (One coming for men soon.)

What we will cover:

  • Building Self Confidence
  • Understanding fear
  • Finding your inner beauty
  • Developing Resilience
  • Predicting your Future

Beyond The Prison Of Self Doubt will open your eyes, mind and heart to your full potential, and help you open doors that until now, may have felt bolted shut.

It’s time for you to break out, shine and show yourself and the world your true capacity.
