Executive Management Strengthens B2X's Presence in APAC to Fuel Further International Growth

SAN FRANCISCO, CA and MUNICH, GERMANY -- (Marketwired) -- B2X Care Solutions, the leading provider of customer care for smartphones, today announced that it has promoted Simon Mallitte to Vice President and Managing Director of the Asia Pacific region. In this role, Mallitte will report into Thomas Berlemann, CEO of B2X and will lead the regional division of the company, focusing on business development while working closely with the global service partner network to further develop new services and increase the focus on clients in the region.

Specializing in the Asian and European markets, Mallitte has over 25 years of extensive knowledge of aftersales services including repair, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, software solutions, logistics, and contract management negotiation, especially within the consumer electronics sectors. Prior to his involvement with B2X, Mallitte was Vice President APAC of Global Account Management at Flextronics Corporation, where he led customer relationships and implementation of manufacturing in Malaysia. He was also an instrumental part of the Executive Leadership Sales team focusing on post manufacturing services.
