Agency Continues to Evolve Its Talent, Skillset & Work

HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA -- (Marketwired) -- Grupo Gallegos, a creatively-driven, independent advertising agency, announced today the addition of senior account management and strategic planning team-members.

Natalie Vaughn and Catarina Goncalves have joined the agency as Account Director and Planning Director, respectively. Vaughn will lead the account team for the Comcast Acquisition group, reporting to Group Account Director, José Pablo Rodriguez. Goncalves will spearhead strategic planning for JCPenney, as well as Carnival and Wonderful Pistachios, reporting to Chief Strategy & Engagement Officer, Andrew Delbridge.

Vaughn comes to Grupo Gallegos after eight years at TBWA\Chiat\Day, where she was an account director on Principal Financial Group and Energizer, among others. She also played an integral role in business development, pitching and winning business from Disney and Aidells. Prior to TBWA\Chiat\Day, she worked on the Dodge Ram and Chrysler Jeep accounts out of BBDO's Detroit and Irvine offices. Natalie brings proven leadership experience within a global agency network and with clients across a range of categories.

Goncalves joins Grupo Gallegos after a year as an independent consultant, advising on qualitative research and consumer insights for clients ranging from market research leader Ipsos to PepsiCo and Mun2. She was responsible for the design, execution and analysis of marketing research projects as well as providing general and digital strategy consulting. Prior to that, Catarina was an associate director of strategic insights at Alma DDB in Miami, where she managed strategic planning for clients like Cricket Wireless, PNC Bank and Rosetta Stone, among others. Her work contributed to an Honorable Mention for Best Strategic Thinking for Rosetta Stone at the 2013 HAPE Awards.

Vaughn and Goncalves are the latest in several key hires made recently at Grupo Gallegos, including Chief Creative Officer Marty Orzio and creatives Juan Perez and Carlos Tornell.
