NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwired) -- Global integrated agency RAPP welcomes Charles Henderson as its vice president of client growth and new business, effective immediately. In this newly created role, Henderson is charged with driving local new business and marketing activities for the Southwest and Midwest regions, and also supporting the sales and marketing efforts at the agency's corporate level. He brings to the agency an extensive breadth of business contacts, both domestic and international. Henderson is located in Dallas and reports to Managing Director Anne Marie Schiller.

Henderson has built a reputation as an expert in sales, marketing, business development and strategy. While at Dell (Healthcare), MTV Networks and CommonGround Marketing, he helped grow client engagements with Unilever, Nike, Jordan Brand and Northstar Lottery Group. Most recently, Henderson was the vice president, director of business development at TM Advertising, where he was responsible for bringing in new business and refining marketing activities. Henderson is a graduate of Texas A&M.
