StayinFront, Inc., a global provider of enterprise-wide customer relationship management (CRM) applications, decision support tools, data services, sample inventory management solutions and eBusiness systems, today announced it has been selected by The Salvation Army to develop an integrated donor relationship management solution for its Australia Eastern Territory fundraising operations.
As one of Australia's largest and best known organisations, The Salvation Army invests hundreds of millions of dollars each year to feed, clothe and provide temporary accommodation for thousands of homeless or displaced people. The Salvation Army also connects unemployed people with jobs and training opportunities, provides assistance during natural and man-made disasters, and much more.
StayinFront has been selected to develop and implement an integrated solution comprising StayinFront CRM Web, StayinFront Marketing Center, StayinFront Analytics and StayinFront Opportunity Management.
The Salvation Army's Supporter Relationship Management Program Director, John Herring, said "Our organisation is creating a more supporter-centric business model that will enhance its ability to provide quality care in a wide range of social welfare, rehabilitation, youth and family support situations.
"We have a proliferation of databases and information silos that we need to bring together into an integrated CRM solution that will ensure we employ consistent methods of managing our valuable supporter data, and better understand our relationships with our supporters.
"We were impressed with the flexibility of the StayinFront software, the level of professionalism demonstrated by the StayinFront team and their understanding of the issues facing our business," he said.
The StayinFront CRM solution will provide seamless integration with a number of The Salvation Army's existing systems, including websites, address validation software, Lotus Notes/Domino email systems, Finance One (donation and bank reconciliation application) and various credit card gateways, to streamline processing of donations online and improve the co-ordination of its communications with its supporters.
StayinFront's Managing Director, Kerrie-Anne Turner, said "Being selected by The Salvation Army recognises StayinFront's superior capabilities in tracking and managing the complex business solutions and personal relationships involved in charitable organisations.
"We are honoured to have this important opportunity to partner with The Salvation Army to apply our advanced technology and proven expertise to help one of Australia's leading charity organisations to significantly enhance its operational effectiveness," she said.
