Four of Australia’s most dynamic health warriors have teamed together to deliver a weekend retreat with a difference, heading back in time to a healthier you.
Hosts of one of Australia’s top health podcast shows, That Paleo Show – Dr Brett Hill, Sarah Stewart and Steve Hayter will be joined by one of Australia’s leading nutritionists, Claire Yates (as seen in Body and Soul, Marie Claire and Women’s Day), for Paleo Cafe Cave Camp to prove that camping out can be a bucketload of fun and a transformative health experience.
The jam packed weekend at Woodhouse, Piccadilly, SA, will feature everything from sensational meals and workshops with food made just the way we evolved to eat (designed by the author of Optimal Health: The Paleo Way Claire Yates) to barefoot running classes (from the author of How To Eat An Elephant, Dr Brett Hill).
The weekend is focused on activity based learning and fun in all areas of health and wellness including healthy eating, functional fitness and mindset and meditation from the best in the business.
“Whilst a talk can give you inspiration actually doing stuff causes transformation,” says Dr Brett Hill.
Here is what people are already saying about Paleo Cafe Cave Camp.
“We are in! We are looking forward to meeting people that are like minded. Both Mark and I are highly motivated for the cause because of the difference the Paleo Diet has made to our children, their continuous good health and recovery continues to astound us” - Leah
