Senator the Hon Scott Ryan, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Education, will be participating as a panel member on the live online Youth 20 (Y20) Q&A Event, to be held in Canberra, from 5.00 to 6.00 pm AEST on Wednesday, 9 April 2014, during National Youth Week.
