Loyalty and incentives agency Hachiko has won The Distributors ‘Advantage’ program, a B2B loyalty program involving more than 10,000 small businesses nationally, in a competitive pitch.
“We were impressed by Hachiko’s focus on innovative technology solutions especially with regards to performance analytics and to a consistent stakeholders’ engagement.
“Having senior personnel involved in the day to day running of our program as well as clear KPI’s tied to remuneration - made it an unbeatable combination,” says Alessandro Garofalo, General Manager at The Distributors.
“Our new and improved Advantage program will not only benefit our customers but will also help attract new supplier partners into the program,” said Garofalo.
The Distributors was recently voted number one national convenience wholesaler for the second year in a row (2013 and 2012 Convenience Pulse). Its 30 members operate 38 warehouses nationally to deliver a wide range of impulse items (from confectionery to beverages, from snacks to grocery) on behalf of 300+ suppliers including (eg Mars, Cadbury, Arnotts, Smiths and Wrigley).
The new account win caps a remarkable roll of new business wins – with Nokia, Microsoft, Total Eden, Ingram Micro amongst a raft of new clients lining up to work with the innovative incentives and loyalty company.
“We’ve worked hard to build a compelling new offering in the market and these new account wins are testament to this vision,” says Patrina Kerr, Managing Director of Hachiko.
