Australian contact centre recruitment specialist FuturePeople has won a place in the final of the world’s most prestigious contact centre awards, which could see its achievements recognised on the global stage.

FuturePeople, http://www.futurepeople.com.au/ which is already Australia’s most awarded contact centre recruitment specialist, made the final for two of its entries in the World’s Best Recruitment Campaign category of the 2014 Top Ranking Performer Awards. The awards are organised by Contact Center World, the global association for contact center best practice.

The World Contact Centre Awards showcase contact centre recruitment expertise and innovation around the globe and this year FuturePeople competed for the first time in a program that attracted 700 entries from 40 nations.

FuturePeople CEO Linda Simonsen said it was their emphasis on the ‘science’ behind getting ‘fit’ right when placing people in contact centre roles that made the judges sit up and take notice.
