The British Chamber of Commerce has announced a very special panel who will provide an insightful look into the next stage of equal opportunity for women in the workplace programs.

Helen Conway is Director of Workplace Gender Equality - the Government statutory agency charged with promoting and improving gender equality in Australian workplaces. Helen has an established track record in the equal opportunity sphere focussing in particular on initiatives in support of women. She spent ten years on the NSW Equal Opportunity Tribunal including three years as its Senior Judicial Member.

Diane Smith-Gander is Chairman of Transfield Services Limited, and a non-executive director of Wesfarmers Limited and CBH Group companies. She is also a commissioner of Tourism WA – the government body charged with development of the tourism industry in the state – and a board member of the Committee for Perth. Until early September 2013 Diane was Deputy Chairperson of NBN Co Limited.

The panel will be moderated by Helen Dalley, one of Australia’s most experienced and highly respected journalists. Helen anchors The Dalley Edition on SKY NEWS National and Business Agenda on SKY NEWS.

They will be supported by one of Discrimination Commissioner Elizabeth Broderick's Male Champions of Change.
