Next Place, Australia’s smartest and fastest growing real estate search engine, today announced a partnership with leading US webhost, Liquid Web.
The partnership, in the form of NextPlace’s acceptance into Liquid Web’s Incubator Program, guarantees the start-up $25000 financial assistance with web hosting and access to the Liquid Web Enterprise support team through to June, 2014.
“Liquid Web’s engineers work on some of the world’s largest websites and biggest brands. They now also work on mine which is a huge advantage for us,” said Next Place founder, Dan Tarasenko.
The partnership comes at an exciting time for Next Place, which has some impressive growth plans over the next six months.
This includes a new offering in the commercial property listing space and a new competitor to existing realtor quote comparison websites.
Dan Tarasenko said the number of real estate listings on Next Place had almost doubled since its soft launch in February, 2013, to approximately 260,000. The number of websites crawled since Next Place’s launch had increased 400 percent.
“During Christmas, we surpassed one million properties indexed in our search engine. This was a real milestone in terms of testing our technology, and confirming that it’s both reliable and scalable,” Mr Tarasenko said.
