To bring the flavour of Italy’s most picturesque seaside village, Positano, to an Aussie summer, Gelatissimo has devised its Summer in Positano flavour range, which will be in store from 10th January to 21st given a free branded beach ball to help them enjoy some summer fun.
March 2014. And all customers who spend $15 at a Gelatissimo gelateria will be Positano is the home of Limoncello, so Italian born master gelato maker, Anna Temellini, has taken the crisp taste of lemon and created a luscious range of refreshing gelato and sorbets.
The gelato flavours include: Lemon Rind Cheesecake, which is a combination of cheesecake gelato and lemon Variegato with rind pieces; Lemon Meringue Pie, a combination of yellow custard gelato, pie crumble and meringue pieces; Lemon Coconut Tart, a delicious mix of lemon and coconut gelato and shortbread crumble; Chocolate & Lemon Crunch, featuring milk chocolate gelato and lemon crisps Variegato; and Strawberries with Lemon Cream, a mix of lemon gelato and strawberry Variegato, with wild strawberry pieces.
Sorbet lovers will delight in the flavours of alcohol-free Limoncello, Pink Lemonade, made from home-style pink lemonade, lemon sorbet and raspberry purée, and traditional Lemon Sorbet.
To celebrate the promotion, when customers spend $15 they will receive a free Gelatissimo Branded Beach Ball. And to add to the fun, customers have the opportunity to “Win a Gelato Christmas” $50 store credit, redeemable at any Australian Gelatissimo gelateria.
To enter, customers simply go to and like the Gelatissimo Facebook page, which contains details of the competition on a custom page. After agreeing to the terms and conditions, customers then upload their entry, which can be an image or a written submission. The competition starts on 10th January and ends 21 March 2014, with winners being informed directly via their Facebook entry.
There will be one winner per gelateria and the $50 credit can be used in any Gelatissimo gelateria in Australia. Winners can select from Gelato Cakes, Coppe Gelato Sundaes, Coffee, Biscotti and all gelato products.
