Description: The Copy Collective is proud to be a sponsor of the Attitude Awards Trust Communications Scholarship and is delighted to participate in the 2013 Attitude Awards in Auckland in celebration of the International Day of People with Disability.

Sydney, NSW and Auckland, NZ Monday, 2 December 2013 – In celebration of the International Day of People with Disability and as part of our commitment to the community in New Zealand, The Copy Collective is sponsoring the Attitude Awards Trust Communications Scholarship for the next three years.

The Attitude Awards are held in Auckland each year on the International Day of People with Disability. As part of the celebrations, a scholarship is awarded to a student with a disability to attend AUT University to study communications.

The Copy Collective CEO Dominique Antarakis said: “We are delighted to be taking part in the Attitude Awards this year. We attended last year and were so impressed with the work of the Attitude Awards Trust that we’re here sponsoring the scholarship for a student with a disability.

“We chose to support a student with a disability because we are in the communications business and we have a strong commitment to an inclusive society. The best way for people with a disability to be included is through education and employment.”

The Copy Collective is contributing $NZD2,000 annually for three years to the scholarship and providing a 4-week internship for the scholarship winner.

The Copy Collective is an Australian and New Zealand collective of copywriters, whose mission is to provide expert digital and print copywriting services to our customers while working for the common good.
