Heinz has taken its strategic marketing operations to a new level with the implementation of StayinFront EdgeCG®, StayinFront’s on-demand sales force automation solution designed specifically for the consumer goods industry.
Heinz has has equipped the 85 Australian field force with iPad Minis utilising the StayinFront TouchCG®. At present, Heinz is also working on the implementation of the solution across the New Zealand business. This mobile CRM solution is designed to make them more productive in-store, while providing Heinz management with real time access to reporting and information from the field. In turn, management is able to turn these insights to action.A critical component of the new sales force automation solution was the ability for Heinz to migrate from a paper based system to an electronic system. Data captured in-field allows Heinz to create scorecards, enabling Heinz to provide feedback to its sales team and improve service delivery to their customers.
