Buyers have until almost the end of the month to stake their claim on Pauline Hanson’s country property.

Ms Hanson last month announced she was relocating to the UK.

The former One Nation leader’s architecturally-designed home she calls “Serendipity” has attracted genuine buyer interest from local and interstate buyers, says marketing agent, Keith Edwards.

“It is a very attractive three-wing home ideal for entertaining with a large pool and eight-foot wide verandahs with views over its 60 hectares (almost 148 acres) of good quality cattle grazing country.

“The home, pool and acreage are well supplied with water. It currently supports 30 head of cattle without the need to supplement feed. The fact that there’s permanent subterranean water is a huge asset.”

‘Serendipity’ is in the rural area of Coleyville / Warrill View, around 25 minutes from Ipswich, a thriving city a half hour out of Brisbane, the State capital.

“It’s on a fully sealed road and there’s a school bus to Ipswich primary and secondary schools that picks up at the front gate. The local state primary school is less than 10 kilometres away, on the way into Ipswich.

Mr. Edwards said that as a good indication of the value of Pauline’s property there’s a 16 hectare (approx 40 acres) property five kilometers from ‘Serendipity’ currently on the market for $1.395 million.

“The Hanson property is significantly larger with a uniquely different exceptional home, pool and water advantages. There’s also a vast contrast in the land in that it rises significantly at the rear of the property, affording spectacular views and amazing native bush land”.

The property can be viewed on line at

Tenders close at 4:00 on Friday the 26th March.

Mr Edwards, who owns LJ Hooker Yamanto and is a long-time local resident, said media coverage had brought public attention to the attractions of the local region and he is currently marketing another property around the $1.5 million mark as a result.
