NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwired) -- Tremor Video, Inc. (NYSE: TRMR), a leading provider of technology-driven video advertising solutions, announced today the hiring of Sara McCaffrey as Director of Account Management, as well as the promotions of Paul Harris to Director of Southwest Regional Sales, and Andrew Kornuta to Senior Director of Product Management Office. This announcement follows Tremor Video's recent promotions of Michael Schwalb and Alex Macnamara and hiring of Tim Ware and Kelly Petersen.

Sara McCaffrey has been hired as Director of Account Management. In this role she is responsible for all day to day management of the northeast account management team including pre- and post-sales processes among internal and external partners. She is based in the New York office and reports to Joe Tripodo, Senior Director of Operations.

Prior to joining Tremor Video McCaffrey served as a Sales Operations Planning Manager at TripAdvisor. Over five years she managed a team of more than a dozen sales planners and account managers and provided all pre- and post-sales support to the Americas display advertising team. McCaffrey began her career in media supporting brands such as GlaxoSmithKline, Silk Soy Milk, Audi USA and JetBlue. McCaffrey earned a Master's Degree in Corporate Communications at Baruch College CUNY and a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism at West Virginia University.

Paul Harris has been promoted to Director of Southwest Regional Sales. His role now includes oversight of the entire region and as well as the entire Southwest region team. Since joining Tremor Video in January 2012, Harris has grown key accounts in the market. He is based in the Dallas, TX office and will continue reporting to Justin Johnson, Vice President, West Coast Sales.

Prior to joining Tremor Video, Harris served as the Senior Sales Executive at Collective Media. He also held roles in advertising sales at The Wall Street Journal, where he oversaw a staff of six and a multimillion dollar print and digital budget, as well as The New York Times. He began his career in New Business Development at The Dallas Morning News.

Harris earned his IAB Digital Media Sales Certification in April 2013, clearly demonstrating an understanding of the digital advertising industry. He currently serves as the President of the Dallas Fort Worth Interactive Marketing Association and has been on the board since 2010. Harris earned his Bachelor's Degree in English at Texas Tech University.

Technology
Andrew Kornuta has been promoted to Senior Director, Project Management Office. In this role he will run the PMO and expand the practice of Agile Project Management throughout the company. He joined Tremor Video in 2012 to introduce Project Management practices that would help the company better support its growing Enterprise Software business. In the process of creating Tremor Video's PMO he also facilitated an Agile Transformation. His team manages a robust project portfolio and works directly with the Executive Team to ensure that the risk/value balance is aligned with strategic goals. He is a member of the MRC Digital Committee. He is based in the New York office and will continue reporting to Steve Lee, Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer.

Kornuta has over 16 years of experience working in solutions development and related disciplines including product management, technical leadership and metrics-driven continuous improvement. Prior to joining Tremor Video Kornuta served as a Product Manager for Pegasystems, a thought-leader in agile methodologies and Business Process Management software. From 2003-2010 he served as the AppDev Director for Coventry Health Care where he focused on Enterprise Content Management and Business Process management. He began his career as a programmer out of college and moved into Project Management in 2003.
