The Showreel course is one of Screenwise's most popular courses, offering students hands on screen acting training and a professional acting showreel upon graduation. This part time course is ideal for those with acting experience looking to take the next step in their acting career but not in a position to study full time.

Course costs are all inclusive and cover tuition, shoot on location, professional director, post production costs which include editing, actor's showreel DVD and graduates compile DVD, which is presented to casting directors. Screenwise students have scored roles in the Underbelly Series, Rescue, Crownies, Packed To The Rafters and countless TV Commercials while studying at Screenwise.  

Screenwise is a boutique drama school specifically designed to teach the art of screen acting. The school attracts students from around the country and the globe. Alumni include high profile actors such as Chris Hemsworth, Todd Lasance, Ashleigh Cummings, Isabel Lucas, Christian Clark, George Houvardas, Yvonne Strahovski, Tabrett Bethell and Andy Whitfield.

The Showreel curriculum includes: script analysis, voice, screen acting & performing, characterisation, drama, audition technique, comedy, presenting, blocking, props, continuity, rehearse/record, green screen, showreel shoot on location with professional director, showreel DVD compilation, audition workshop with a current casting director, certificate of completion, and networking and strategy.

Screen Acting for Intermediate - with Alan Flower
This intermediate course focuses on methods that will help you present in auditions and on set as the unique you in a relaxed, focused, and charismatic way.  Course commences 7 May. One three hour evening class for six weeks.

Screen Acting for Advanced - with Kristian Schmid
Students explore scene work with the technical requirements for acting on screen. Course commences 11 June. One three hour evening class for six weeks.
