The three-month study showed that a typical customer who engaged with AskFred reduced their energy consumption and saved between $105² and $135² on their annual electricity bill.
AskFred is Click Energy’s easy-to-use online management tool which helps users to track and monitor their power consumption, so they can view electricity usage at any time of the day or night, reduce energy spend and save money.
Click Energy founder, Pieter Double says consumers are looking for more from their electricity providers than the traditional service offerings.
“AskFred is a friend to all our customers. He can help them find the most economic time of day to plug in and use high-powered appliances, which will save money on energy bills and reduce carbon footprints,” said Mr Double.
