The Toshiba plug-in provides Lync users integration and interoperability with Toshiba's award-winning Strata® CIX™ and IPedge® Voice over IP business telephone systems.

Via the call control plug-in, Lync users can utilize the Lync contact list to make calls and access advanced Toshiba business telephone system features, including transfer and conference. Users' Lync presence status is updated based on the Toshiba telephone status, so other users can determine the best method of communication.
The Toshiba Lync plug-in interoperates with Toshiba business telephones, including Toshiba's digital DKT/DP series telephones, IP series telephones, and the Call Manager soft phone application.
