Authentic Latin Dining Experience Found Inside Miami Airport Marriott Hotel

MIAMI, FL -- (Marketwired) -- Simply put, "It's just perfection. You do not have to be Latin to fall in love with it!" Elisa Valderrama, Sous Chef of Miami's Cane Fire Grille, emphatically describes the savory, tantalizing flavors of Pork Empanizado, just one of the many savory features found on the exciting new Cane Fire Grille lunch and dinner menus debuting inside the distinctive Miami Airport Marriott hotel.

Valderrama adds, "I wanted to create a menu that would be universally appealing, able to tempt our international clientele, but also a menu that would reflect my Latin roots."

Renowned as the best hotel restaurant in the Miami Airport complex, the stylish Cane Fire Grille is a Latin-inspired steakhouse with diverse new menus sure to please anyone seeking flavorful cuisine in a sleek and gracious South Florida atmosphere.

"Creating the new Cane Fire Grille lunch and dinner menus was an exciting prospect," continued Valderama. "We have many Peruvian ingredients and dishes, like Peruvian Shrimp cocktail, and we elevate other popular Latin favorites like nachos by topping them with our unctuous Short Ribs, which have been braised for hours in a deep cilantro based stock," noted Valderrama. "But my personal favorite is our Pork Empanizado. Anyone from Central or South America, and even the Caribbean, could fall into this dish like a child falls into their mothers loving arms."

"It's a black bean congris cake, topped with three glistening sweet plantains, followed by pork tenderloin medallions which have been marinating in buttermilk then dusted in Ritz Cracker crumbs and fried till crispy and golden," said Valderama in detailing her favorite entree. "Then all that is topped with a perfectly fried quail egg, and we garnish with our famous Onion Slaw, which is red onion pickled in fresh lime juice and cilantro."

Other featured specialties include grilled or fried Snapper a lo macho, steaks and seafood on the dinner menu and the likes of Chicken Cheddar Jalapeno soup, tasty starters, a signature salad and hearty sandwiches for lunch. Offering drinks like its "Signature Cane Fire" Mojito and "The Original - Hand Shaken" Daiquiri and fine wines, the elements of Latin influences combined with great American classics perfect a global dining experience to delight Miami's diverse population and international visitors seeking the cuisine of fine Miami Airport area restaurants.

Open daily from 6 a.m. to midnight, Sunday through Thursday and from 6 a.m. to 1 a.m., Friday and Saturday, the restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner menus ideal for vacationing families, entertaining business clients, gathering with friends or an inspirational luncheon meeting.
