Australia's most influential personal trainer joins Business Chicks for the most important meal of the day!
Michelle Bridges is most famous for fighting fat as the red team trainer on Channel Ten’s hit show The Biggest Loser, but her expanding empire goes way beyond reality television. The powerhouse will join Business Chicks, Australia’s largest network for women, for an event in May.
Michelle is Australia’s most influential personal trainer; having authored eight books, five of which were best sellers, and has helped shed over 500,000 kilos off participants with her online training program The 12 Week Body Transformation. She has her own exercise clothing and equipment range and has a weekly column in Fairfax Media’s Sunday Life magazine.
Michelle will share with Business Chicks how she turned her career as a personal trainer into a booming multi-million dollar business, approaching business as she does exercise - she gives it her all, every time.

At Business Chicks we believe that great stuff happens when women come together to uplift and inspire each other. When we stop competing, and start lending a hand. When we give of ourselves and our expertise so that others can benefit from it. We imagine a world where women feel part of something bigger than themselves, and a world where we feel safe to give anything a go.
