Adelaide based consultancy and training organisation KneeDeep has announced this year's program dates for its "life-changing" Leadership in Action Program, a suite of intensive two-day programs aimed at empowering leaders.
KneeDeep Managing Director Henrietta Child has recognised a growing trend that employers are expecting more from their capable people. She said: "This program is more relevant than ever today. Employers want staff with initiative, innovation and flexibility, qualities which are linked to the leadership skills the program is designed to build."
"My Leadership" is one of a series aimed at addressing the problem many companies experience - losing their best people due to high levels of stress as busy organisations struggle to develop middle managers.
Designed to meet the needs of rising stars, the program incorporates both indoor and outdoor activities, and group and individual work. The unique format provides ample opportunity to bond with a team as well as dealing with the challenge of surprise.
Ideally suited to middle managers/project managers wanting to increase their effectiveness, small business, early stage companies and emerging leaders, Ms Child says: "This program has been acclaimed by all previous participants. If you attend all three workshops, it will change your life."
Katrina Blichfeldt of Adelaide-based manufacturer and importer Temperature Technology said: “This program is an amazing once-in-a-lifetime experience that changes your perspective and challenges you to see that your potential is more than you think it is, and to take that, and to do and be 'more'.”
