Wednesday, February 20th, 2013 - John Broons
John Broons 'The Family Business Guy', will present a series of half day workshops which will give attendees the skills to have essential conversations with appropriate family, friends, colleagues and business partners in order to prepare for a crisis in their business.

For example, imagine if you were hit by a bus! Who else but you knows the access codes and passwords to key functions like Internet Banking, websites, domains, social media sites and supplier passwords? In addition who knows the safe combination, and who has spare keys to company cars, plant/equipment etc.
The workshops will include being guided through case studies, and learning how to plan for crises ‘that are never going to happen to you’.

Participants will gain a greater understanding of:
• Your personal and business issues
• The answer to the question “who do you trust?”
• What you need to think about and discuss with loved ones
• Who you need to talk to

You will leave this workshop with a personalised crisis management plan and a copy of the book, 'If You Were Hit By A Bus..27 Questions Most People In Business Can't Answer'.
