G'DAY USA Australia Week

G'DAY USA Australia Week showcases all things Australian — including food and wine, fashion, art, tourism and business. G'Day is now one of the most effective, far reaching and comprehensive national promotions held anywhere in the world.

The objective of Australia Week is to demonstrate Australia as an innovative, high growth, sophisticated economy, with leading edge research and technology in products, goods and services. The program highlights Australia’s economic credentials as a desirable place in which to do business and invest, source goods and services.

Chris De Cure, Australian consul-general in Los Angeles and chair of the G'Day USA Steering Committee said, The Innovation Shoot Out not only showcases Australia's strengths in the innovation economy, but it also promotes collaboration between Australia and United States business.

Innovation Shoot Out

PowerHealth Solutions is 1 of 8 Australian forward-thinking technology innovators to take the stage in Silicon Valley in a live Shoot Out competition.

Each finalist will have just 5 minutes to convince a panel of top-tier US investors that their technology is ready to play on the global stage. The winning company then receives a program of awards, professional development courses and strategic advice to help them bring their innovative product to commercialisation.
