SYDNEY – 11 September 2012 - 23 year old Robert Ephraums from Sydney is gearing up to complete the world’s toughest tax return on the 22nd of September - when he will simultaneously file this year’s tax data on a rugged Panasonic Toughbook computer while taking on Tough Mudder, probably the toughest event on the planet.
Tough Mudder comprises of a 20km extreme obstacle course, where Robert will be scaling 3m-high oiled walls, jumping into freezing ice-baths, crawling through mud, running through fire and getting shocked by 10,000 volts of electricity, all with a laptop strapped to him while he diligently reports his tax information, and posts live updates of his progress on twitter.
Robert will be using Panasonic’s CF-19 Toughbook laptop – the most powerful fully-rugged notebook computer available in Australia which features resistance to shocks, drops, vibrations, extreme temperatures and high altitudes, withstanding drops from 1.8 metres and offering unparalleled protection from water and dust.
Robert says he usually doesn’t like filing his return: “I normally detest doing my tax return and am known for leaving it to the last minute. This year nothing is going to stop me, not mud, not fire, not water or even electricity".
