Leo Burnett Sydney announces the appointment of Zaid Al-Asady to the role of Creative/Art Director, luring him from Mother London.

During his time at Mother, Zaid was heavily involved in the acclaimed Beck’s Green Box Project, as well as working on some of the agency’s largest accounts including Stella Artois and Ikea.

“It is fantastic to have Zaid on board. Not only has he had global experience working on some of the world’s most recognised brands, he is an amazing talent with a real drive to make a difference to our business, our clients and the wider industry,” said Leo Burnett Sydney’s Chief Creative Officer, Andy DiLallo.

Before making the move to Mother, Zaid spent a number of years as a Creative/Art Director at Wieden+Kennedy, London where he played a key role in award winning integrated work on brands like Nike and Nokia.

At Leo Burnett Sydney, Zaid will be working alongside award winning Creative Director Kieran Ots, who was most recently responsible for the highly awarded Spotlight campaign for the 2011 Census, winner of AdFest’s coveted Gold Cyber Lotus.
