Floktu’s software generates for Conexus Financial - in a few quick clicks using the Floktu Wizard - an event website and mobile app for the event; brands their event; enables real time updates to maps and locations, venues and speakers; manages session stream changes; enables on-line ticket sales and registrations and links them to delegate data bases; allows for immediate feedback on sessions from delegates; promotes their event via social media such as Facebook and LinkedIn; manages emails and reports on the financial outcomes of the event. It also eliminates the need for costly, unproductive paper based management systems.

“Everyone working in events management knows that things can happen which are out of your control, like speakers changing times, or dropping out, or other changes to the event. When you can use software like Floktu’s to keep delegates up to date, or even schedule their social events around the formal ones, this makes a major difference to the success of the event, particularly at the high end of the market, where we specialise,” Ms Creswell said.

Conexus Financial is also working with Floktu to help support its vision to be a paperless company and to help it create event management and delegate services on mobile devices, such as tablets.
