LWP Property Group has launched Urbano at Ellenbrook – a brand new concept in living for Perth homebuyers.

With an increasing number of households' desire for a convenient and easy care lifestyle, LWP has created the aptly named Urbano precincts in three its WA master-planned developments, including Ellenbrook.

Managing Director for LWP Property Group, Mr Danny Murphy, said that Urbano will provide contemporary homes within an urban village setting and at prices that suit a range of homebuyers.

“Latest census figures show that around two-thirds of Perth’s households now only have one to two people living in them.

Altis, the first Urbano precinct for Ellenbrook is based on an Olympic theme promoting exercise and healthy living and will be located within the District Centre, north-East of the Town Centre.

Eventually Altis will offer a district scale retail facility and a new high school. Commencing at the precinct shortly are new district playing fields and a recreation centre.

Mr Murphy, said it was set to become a key recreation, education, retail and urban residential node for Ellenbrook.

“The Altis District is a real opportunity for people to get into an urban living environment that transitions between village living and town centre living.

“It will be a unique residential precinct with all the advantages of a healthy and green environment – yet also the convenience of urban living on its doorstep,” he said.

The name Altis is inspired by its recreation surrounds and its launch in an Olympic year, taking its name from a sacred grove on the plain of Olympia, the birth place of the Olympic Games.

“The precinct will take design cues from this theme. Metals will be used throughout the precinct, in the civic spaces and on building facades and landscaping - designed to reflect the bronze, silver and gold of the Olympic medals,” Mr Murphy explained.

There are 25 homes available in Stage 1 of Urbano, available for sale off the plan. Each house and land package has been developed in conjuction with some of Perth’s leading home builders and designers, including Homebuyers, Content Living and Freelife Homes.

Each home in the Urbano precinct of Altis comes completed finished, to provide true turn-key living. It will include tiling, carpets, lighting, fencing, window treatments, landscaping, painting and a clothesline, literally allowing purchasers to just move in.

Prices for the house and land packages start at $286,800 for a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home on an 180sqm lot up to $326,400 for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home on an 265sqm lot.

Urbano at The Glades at Byford and Trinity at Alkimos was launched by LWP Property Group earlier this month with sales at the two locations exceeding all expectations.

“Sales of Urbano at The Glades have been high, with nine of the 14 already sold and Trinity's Urbano sales are starting to take off as well,” Mr Murphy said.
