Situated in the heart of the seaside suburb of Brighton Le Sands, just south of Sydney city, this new Zambrero restaurant is sure to be a huge hit with the locals. This is Zambrero’s 19th restaurant (with others in the ACT, NSW, QLD, WA and SA) and will be the flagship store for Sydney.

Inspired by the kitchen experience that fed and paid for his way through med school, Dr. Sam Prince created his own unique recipes for succulent slow-cooked meats and zesty sauces, combining them with the freshest and best quality ingredients to create the awesome contrast of hot and cold, crunchy and soft, soothing and spice, known simply as a Zambrero burrito and described by fans as “happiness in a soft tortilla”.

Every plate of food enjoyed at Zambrero feeds someone else less fortunate through our
plate4plate initiative, so all our customers can feel good and good again–full of great food, without a hint of guilt.
