Trinity at Alkimos property developer, LWP Property Group, has just launched Urbano – a new concept in living designed to meet the needs of today’s homebuyer.

In response, LWP has created the aptly-named ‘Urbano’ lifestyle precincts in its master-planned developments, including Trinity at Alkimos.

“Latest census figures show that around two-thirds of Perth’s households now only have one to two people living in them,” said Mr Murphy.

“This means that many people are looking for a housing option that is compact, yet contemporary. They don’t want to sacrifice on lifestyle; they want a home that takes care of itself and local facilities such as cafe or deli a short walk away. They want to feel part of an intimate and closely knit community,” he said.

Trinity at Alkimos is one of LWP’s newest master-planned communities and has just released its first Urbano precinct of terraced homes around the Village Centre of Agora, for sale off the plan.

The village centre is home to regular market activities, while landscaped open spaces, future facilities including primary school, community centre and local shops/cafes will provide plenty of opportunities for residents to connect.

Wireless hotspots and a network of cycle and walking paths will encourage residents to leave the car at home and enjoy the parks and piazzas.

The Urbano turn-key house and land packages are low maintenance and easy care, yet located right in the centre of Trinity’s Agora piazza. The homesites will be close to public transport and the village centre building.

“Every effort taken to develop the Urbano series and ensure they integrate well in the best possible locations,” said Project Manager for Trinity, Mr Jim Karakatsanakis. “These precincts aren’t just ‘dropped’ wherever there is space to be filled.

Urbano has been carefully designed in consultation with some of WA’s leading architects to fit within the village centre and allow for a lifestyle close to all that Trinity has to offer.

“People who want a low maintenance homesite don’t want to miss out on outdoor living or quality leisure time, so we’ve made sure they have everything at their fingertips. It’s like having a back yard full of fantastic recreational facilities – but completely taken care of for you.

“We have even designed the new homes utilising feature brick and timber to tie in with the new planned commercial building and village centre, ensuring a harmonious façade for these homes,” he said.

Mr Karakatsanakis said the new homes, built by Homebuyers Centre and Dreamstart, were ideal for investors or first homebuyers who wanted a low fuss contemporary lifestyle.

“Each home features a low maintenance courtyard, front yard landscaping, floor coverings, painting and quality appliances, allowing people to literally just move in on completion.”

There will be 16 Urbano homes built in this first release at Trinity, constructed in two rows of eight houses. They will be priced from around $300,000 and located on 7.5-8.5m fronted, 225-307sqm greentitled lots.

“Urbano is a great fit for Trinity, which is a unique coastal development in that we have retained the natural landscape’s undulations and aimed for the highest possible level of environmental and community sustainability,” said Mr Karakatsanakis.
