Courrèges is the latest French fashion house to be unveiled as the exclusive designer for evian still natural water glass bottles.

Courrèges joins an impressive stable of iconic designers who have lent their fashion flair to evian, including Paul Smith, Baccarat, Jean Paul Gaultier, Christian Lacroix and Japanese fashion designer Issey Miyake.

The evian collaboration with Courrèges has produced a striking limited edition glass bottle for evian’s pure still water, collected from the heart of the French Alps. The beautiful bottles will be available exclusively in selected five star hotels and restaurants across Australia from the beginning of February, and fashion forward shoppers will also be able to purchase the 750ml bottles from King & Godfree in Melbourne and Moncur Cellars Woollahra Hotel in Sydney (RRP $6).

As an expression of André Courrèges’ modernist design aesthetic, the patterns and colours interact instinctively with the signature slimline bottle and its clear water, to create a feel of effortless elegance and promote the vigour and vivacity of the evian Live Young spirit.

“The Courrèges collections glow with both optimism and freshness, which made the fashion house a perfect choice for our latest evian limited edition bottle release,” said Matthew Thomas, Evian Country Manager Australia and New Zealand.

“Courrèges’ stylish designs are true to evian’s positive vision of celebration, which reinforces the belief that youth is purely a state of mind,” concluded Matthew.

The exclusive design radiates modern creativity, with the Courrèges bright white and pink emblematic flowers accentuated by the glass bottle backdrop. This flower was an iconic design created by founder, André Courrèges, in 1967.

For the first time since evian began releasing limited edition bottles in 1992, the bottles produced are 100% recyclable and use only organic ink.
