The artists are Letitia Buchan, Cat MacInnes, Maurice Golotta, Matt Adnate and Joe Slicer and their work is an eclectic mix of street art, graffiti, whimsical illustrations and intense colours.

A collaboration of industry heavyweights Crema Group and Rothelowman, ART will showcase the winning artist’s artwork on its façade to complement its contemporary presentation of fifty, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments.

“In this particularly vibrant location, we felt that the community connection was through its thriving arts scene,” said Luch Crema, CEO of the Crema Group.

Agents Knight Frank have been selected to represent the development.

“We love this project because it has a true sense of individuality and it is so close to the heart of the action. This will be a place where people will want to live,” said Knight Frank Marketing Director Tom Ormerod.
