Women in Innovation & Technology South Australia (WIT SA) is pleased to announce the addition of seven new members to its board, following their successful nominations at the recent AGM.

As a dynamic and innovative non-profit group, WIT remains the preferred networking and professional development organisation for women in technology and related industries in South Australia.

“We are pleased to see our organisation grow and develop alongside the careers of the women we represent,” said WIT President, Sonya Weiser.

“Our events and programs seek to encourage and support not only young women entering their chosen fields, but those in mid-career and those seeking additional, broader business skills.”

“Our new directors come from a range of backgrounds and industries and we are delighted to have such a diverse group of experienced professionals on our board.”

WIT is a South Australian not-for-profit, membership-based organisation that strives to promote and support women’s skills in the areas of innovation and technology. Through our diverse membership base and professional development initiatives, we are focussed on the advancement of women in non-traditional roles and industries, such as ICT, electronics, water, health, design and engineering. As a dynamic and innovative industry group, our role is to encourage women to enter the innovation and technology industries, to then retain women in these industries and – importantly – enable these women to achieve their full potential throughout their careers.
