Momentum continues to build for Australia’s incriptus. Following a recently announced channel partner agreement with consulting company, Solution Forest, incriptus has signed another major channel deal with Cashflow Manager, the company that sells what is described as “the simplest small business accounting software on the planet.”
Trevor Glen, incriptus CEO, says: “This partnership will make incriptus-powered data backup available globally to over 100,000 small business customers. This is a major step forward for us in reaching the small business market.”
In addition to small businesses, Cashflow Manager customers also include sporting clubs and associations, churches, accounting firms and others.
According to Wayne Burgan, Cashflow Manager CEO, “The incriptus technology allows us to provide a data backup solution that meets our ‘simple to use’ criteria, is value-priced for our customers, and gives them superior security for all of their critical data.” The backup solution will be sold under the Cashflow Manager brand, powered by incriptus.
Cashflow Manager software has been described in “The Age” as “breathtakingly simple” and was recently awarded “best cashbook software” by PC User magazine.
“The ability to offer our customers the added value of protecting the data we help them build is a significant marketing advantage for us,” noted Burgan. “We’re excited about this opportunity and our partnership with incriptus, which we consider a superior data security technology.”
Founded by five software engineers from Motorola, incriptus has redefined the cloud by making “private clouds” possible through the distribution of encrypted fragments of files across user computers within an organisation using backup powered by incriptus. The incriptus technology enables an eco-friendly backup solution that does not require the expense and carbon footprint associated with typical server farms and data centres, and has received local, national, and international awards.
