Adelaide-based incriptus is now seeking to raise $1.5M in capital through a Small Scale Offering of Ordinary Shares to enable the ongoing development and marketing of the incriptus technology. The company’s ground-breaking technology was originally applied to a peer-to-peer data storage system that enables subscribers to backup and retrieve data through a simple user interface. The proprietary algorithms developed by its creators to ensure absolute data security and integrity have proven to be a powerful foundation for additional applications including enterprise data storage, data centre backup, and point of sale data backup.

According to incriptus CEO, Trevor Glen, “What we have discovered in working with a wide variety of customers is that our technology enables a whole new form of data security, a ‘private cloud’ that means critical data is no longer vulnerable to the insecurities of the public cloud.”

As a result, the company’s marketing focus has expanded beyond consumer and small business channels, and now also includes enterprises, government entities, universities, and organisations. The private cloud concept has also stimulated new interest globally and incriptus has established a U.S. presence in Boulder, Colorado.

Investment in incriptus can be made through the Australian Small Scale Offering Board (ASSOB). Rounds 1 and 2 were successfully completed ahead of schedule.

“We are very serious about driving shareholder value,” says Glen, "and this capital injection will enable us to expand our business plan and capitalize on the full potential of our unique technology.” Anyone wishing to undertake further investigations or receive a share application to subscribe to the offer should register with ASSOB at www.assob.com.au/inc or contact:
