A new boutique estate has been officially launched by land developer 4Land Property Group in Munster which sets new standards in environmental management planning.

According to Travis Kell, Development Manager of 4Land Property Group, The Lake Coogee Estate consists of 30 low-maintenance lots which are located in a unique picturesque setting.

“In designing and constructing Lake Coogee Estate, which was a former market garden, 4Land Property Group was keen to ensure the attributes of the adjoining wetland were appropriately maintained during construction and will continue to be protected into the future.

This is further enhanced by significant rehabilitation and planting of new seedlings within the buffer zones between the wetland and public open space area.

“As a result of this careful and well-planned development process, this vibrant estate offers residents a stunning location, surrounded by pristine lakes and wetlands with park and playground facilities nearby,” he said.

According to Shane Kempton, Sales and Marketing Director of 4Land Property Group, Lake Coogee Estate is strategically located off Mayor Road on the border of Coogee/Munster.
