Buyers who secure one of the last remaining brand new apartments in Nifsan’s masterplanned community Emerald Lakes will benefit from a once-in-a-lifetime golf club membership bonus.

The offer, exclusive to purchasers in the development’s French Quarter, has been created in recognition of the high number of residents’ that have bought into the central Gold Coast development because of its championship golf course.

Nifsan chief executive officer Sean Wardrop says at least one in every three buyers are keen golfers and have expressed interest in joining the Emerald Lakes Golf Club as part of their new lifestyle.

“Our Graham Marsh designed Emerald Lakes Golf Course is much loved by both professionals and amateurs alike and is certainly a factor when buying into the community,” Mr Wardrop says.

“As such we are offering buyers free life membership to our golf club for two people which is valued at $2,500 each year.

“Emerald Lakes Golf Club is home to the best value golf on the Gold Coast and is the only course to offer golf under lights so you can play until 9.30pm, seven days a week.”

The bonus golf membership offer is equivalent to two yearly Gold memberships and includes free day golf, discount rates on night golf green fees, guest member rates, discounted cart use and access to competitions.

The Emerald Lakes clubhouse facilities include a bar, restaurant and gaming area, and expansive outdoor balcony and undercover patio areas with stunning day and night golf course views.

The course also includes a late night driving range open to 9.45pm, fully equipped pro shop, and full 18-hole mini golf course.

The golf club membership offer is available to both investors and owner-occupiers of new apartments and is valid for the life of their ownership of their apartment.

Emerald Lakes is in the final countdown of the sellout of its last remaining stock in the French Quarter after a bumper start to the new financial year with $2.1 million in apartment sales in just two weeks.

The $65 million Parisian inspired French Quarter forms part of the development’s European Village, overlooking the waterfront Porto Bellago building and adjacent to the Town Centre.

The precinct comprises three buildings, Le Parisien, Maison, and the nine-level Bella Vue, surrounding a central piazza-style area, all with distinctive Parisian architecture and state of the art design.

A 12-metre copper permeated dome crowns Bella Vue, which is now the tallest residential building on the Gold Coast outside of the coastal strip, providing 360-degree panoramic views.

Mr Wardrop says the appeal of living at Emerald Lakes was enhanced by the masterplanned community’s facilities and central location.

“The development boasts the golf club with buggy access to the course and clubhouse, 13km of walking and bike tracks, and of course the 37ha central lake,” Mr Wardrop says.

“It also enjoys a vibrant retail and commercial precinct as well as some of the Gold Coast’s best-known restaurants and cafes.

“The French Quarter presents an ideal lifestyle location for discerning owner-occupiers looking for a home with a distinct difference or investors seeking a quality property for their portfolio.“

Situated on the Nerang-Broadbeach Road, the Gold Coast’s main East-West arterial, Emerald Lakes is only two minutes from the Pacific Highway and Nerang Railway Station, seven minutes from the Pacific Fair and Robina Town Shopping Centres, and ten minutes from the pristine surf beach and café strips at Broadbeach.

For commuters it is only 25 minutes from the Gold Coast Airport, 45 minutes from Brisbane, and 60 minutes from Brisbane Airport.

Emerald Lakes is situated on a 210-hectare site and on completion will contain more than 1800 homes including the unique European residential village, along with shopping and commercial precincts.
