ABC Four Corners anchor and former presenter of the 7.30 Report, Kerry O’Brien, will be the guest speaker at a Joanna Briggs Foundation Fundraising lunch in Adelaide tomorrow (Thursday 25 August).

The Joanna Briggs Foundation (JBF) supports the work of the University of Adelaide's Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) in developing a strong, reliable knowledge bank and tools for health professionals in the developing world.

JBI has 20 established collaborating centres and groups in Africa, South America, Myanmar and parts of Asia.
The Institute is a not-for-profit global organisation and an acknowledged leader in international evidence-based health care.

Kerry O'Brien is a member of the JBF Advisory Board, which helps determine the Foundation’s strategies for the future.

He will be available for media interviews prior to the luncheon to discuss the work of the Institute, along with Professor Judy Lumby AM, Director of the Joanna Briggs Foundation.
