In a recent survey with over 800 mums JLO was voted number 1 in the celebrity post baby bodies - Miranda Kerr came in a close second.

Founder of Lose Baby Weight, Rhian Allen, says that, "Both JLO and Miranda have amazing post baby bodies but mums shouldn't compare their own post baby body to these celebrities as these celebrities have the help of dieticians, chefs, nannies, personal trainers and cleaners to help them stay sane post birth which allows them the time to focus on their body and weight loss".
Other results in the survey included:
* 69% said they wanted to lose their baby weight to gain their confidence back
* 78% of mums started to think about losing their baby weight when their baby was under 3 months old
* 50% of mums said they found breastfeeding helped them to lose their weight
* 75% said they found healthy eating difficult
* 93% said they got no weight loss advice from their Doctor post birth
* 85% said they did less than 30 minutes of exercise each day
Allen says that the survey results show that the health and weight loss of the mum is on their mind post birth but that there is a lack of advice and support for mums to guide them through this time. "The key point for new mums is to focus on their health and use as many resources as possible to help navigate the first 12 months at home with your baby and not compare yourself and your body to celebrities who live an unrealistic life to the average mum"
Allen also states that when a mum is ready to lose her baby weight, it is important to do it in a healthy way and not by following any restrictive diets which are impossible to maintain over the long term - Plans such as the Lose Baby Weight plans aim for a loss of 500g - 1kg a week and other than junk and processed foods no food groups are restricted and the focus is on good health and nutrition.
