The Hon Louise Asher MP, Minister for Innovation, Services and Small Business, Minister for Tourism and Major Events
Ross Cameron, Ross Cameron Research, keynote speaker at feature event Small Business BIG Marketing
"I can't stress enough how important it is for business owners to sit down once a week and think about where their business is at and what it is they want to achieve. Getting disciplined at writing down thoughts and turning them into actions will help SMEs stay ahead of the game."
Angela Vithoulkas, retail expert, keynote speaker The Retailers Lunch @ Zinc & director of Sydney's VIVO Cafe Group
"The market is more competitive than ever, with shoppers increasing their search for bargains and spending more time online shopping. Online retailing isn't a replacement for bricks and mortar retailing, but because consumers spend so much time online researching and shopping, it's another place for them to go. If a business doesn't have a presence in that space it is invisible to a wide section of the buying public."
Naomi Simson, founder of online gift service company, Red Balloon, keynote speaker at feature event Small Business BIG Marketing
"A company brand is far more than just the product or service you provide. A brand cannot be delivered without its people who create and shape what it stands for and how it is perceived."
