Water optimization specialist Optimatics is pleased to announce that John Cowan has been appointed by the Board as CEO to lead Optimatics in its next and very promising stage of growth. John will be supported in his role by a new Board of Directors comprising Ivan Gustavino as the Chairman, company founder Dr. Graeme Dandy, and Paul Moroney.

John has an impressive track record in the water industry, and brings to the company over 30 years of management and leadership expertise. John’s wealth of experience in many corners of the industry, including software, e-commerce, business development, partnering and value based contracting, will be of great benefit as Optimatics enters this exciting new stage of its evolution as the global leader in water systems optimization solutions.

John is located in Seattle, Washington, in the US. He will continue to work from this location, which will enable Optimatics to expand its West Coast, USA, presence to service the numerous water utility clients that it has in that region.

Optimatics’ new Board, CEO and staff look forward to continuing to serve its clients across the United States, Australia, New Zealand, UK and Canada.
